Susan Swift, El Sobrante

Thank you (and Gene the painter) for the care and concern with which you approached the painting job at my house in El Sobrante. As you know, the weather at this time of year can be quite challenging, from sweltering summer days to the sudden afternoon winds that tear through the canyon.

Initially, I was attracted to MoonDance by the beautiful brochure and your promise of environmentally friendly paint materials and clean-up process. By the end of the job, I was impressed by a number of other things as well, including:

• Flexibility of scheduling
• Clear estimates for each aspect of painting job
• Good communication, frequent visits and calls during job
• Accurate estimates of start and finish times
• Meticulousness of painting, no noticeable spills or breakage
• During the job, adjustment to paint color on trim.

As an aside, I also appreciate the fact that no one on this job smoked cigarettes. As a reformed smoker, this is something I notice when people work around my house.
