We would like to take a moment of your time to tell you why this business was created and about the people who are serving you.

For the past six years, we have run one of the largest paint contracting companies in California. During this period we oversaw more than 54 million dollars' worth of painting projects and managed up to 100 employees. Managing a business of this size offers tremendous experience: we know how to organize and balance a multi-million dollar corporation, as well as provide an excellent paint job.

However, a business this large inevitably loses something, which is why we started MoonDance. We want to bring house-painting back to the one to whom it matters most: You.

In starting our own company, MoonDance Painting, we want to correct the flaws we observed in a larger company. Most homeowners have had at least one stressful contracting project. Our goal is to make the paining of your home as smooth as possible. Homeowners we get know on a personal basis are always our most satisfied customers. Through our years of experience, we discovered that customer satisfaction comes not just come from quality work, but also from building lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and mutual respect.

Through the experience of working with hundreds of painters we learned how to manage, treat, and reward our employees so that they consistently produce superior workmanship. At MoonDance we are taking this knowledge and applying it on a smaller scale. We consider our painters team members, not just contracted employees. We understand that they are our front line, responsible for fulfilling the promises that we make. We intend to employ only highly qualified painters with whom we plan to work for years to come.

One of the main reasons that we started this company was to take a more active social and community role. We conduct charity paints for community organizations throughout the Bay Area. In addition, we have pioneered ways to recycle a majority of the products and material that we will use in painting your home. We have also found better ways to dispose of jobsite waste. We believe that as a business in our community, we have an obligation to serve not only the people but also the physical environment. It is our value system, not our size, that makes us stand out.

We thank you for your consideration.
