About Our Painters

At MoonDance Painting we understand that by hiring us to work on your house you are inviting us into your home. We will be taking care of a resource that is precious to you and deserves the best attention.

We are committed to hiring painters who care about the quality of their work, which also includes interactions with you, our client. You should feel safe and well cared for. Our crews are hired both for their technical ability and their character. Applicants must pass two interviews with the owners, a background check, and a week of supervised evaluation on a charity project to be considered for a position with MoonDance. This commitment is a component of our strong foundation as a company.

Once hired, our team members receive environmental awareness training, prevailing wages, and full benefits after six months. MoonDance Painting goes beyond the industry norms to care for our employees. We will not expose them to harmful products. We will hold them to high standards in the way they conduct themselves with you.
